  • Téměř vše. Hlavně obsluha, a celkový koncept, jen tak dál.

  • Co se nedá ovlivnit , jsou sousedé. Příště by to chtělo lepší možnost výběru pokoje. A zlepšit internetové stránky. Tak aby se dal lépe vybrat požadovaný pokoj.

  • Přístup personálu.Kvalitní snídaně.

  • Spíš detaily.V koupelně a na záchodě chybějící věšáčky na ručníky, držák na toaletní papír. Skříň na oblešení za dveřmi takže špatný přístup do skříně. Poměrně vysoké ceny za jídlo - Smažený sýr s hranolkama za 175 Kč mi příjde poměrně dost.

  • Je to rodinný podnik tak že se k vám všichni chovají hezky,

  • Koupelna není na pokoji, a ani televize myslím že dneska je to standard, proto jsem si nedával pozor jestli se píše koupelna na pokoji nebo společná na chodbě

  • Příjemný personál, ochotný.

  • Na pokoji jsme trochu postrádali židle, stolek. Ale chápeme, že pokoj, kde jsme byli , je v patře, kde se vše dobudovává.

  • Vstřícnost a ochota majitelů i personálu je příkladná a mnohde nevídaná. Komfortní, čisté, domácí a útulné prostředí. Jednoduchá ale chutná večeře a bohatá snídaně nás doslova nadchly. Výborné pivo Žatec 11% i ucházející Pilsner Urquell.
